Explanation
Want to trade in a team or let's face it just too chicken to play on your own?
Create or join a team (apply and your CV is sent to the CEO who decides yes..or no)...decide a name and off you go. You need a CEO, someone to make the hiring and firing rules...pay the salaries, reward the great and punish the lousy. The CEO can decide what you can or cannot trade, whether you can borrow for the team...or transfer...
You start as a team...one up on a bunch of blokes in a pub. Do well and proceed...the aim? Well running your own listed Hedge Fund would be nice...but that is a way off.
As CEO, if you are lucky enough to be voted in..remember, you must run a tight ship...too higher a salary scheme and you will waste away...carrying too much dead weight....and you will waste away. If they are not working..dump them, their CV will be marked for life so that trader will find it harder to get employment elsewhere.
